Regulators are available in the Pressure Ranges of 0‑60, · 0‑100, 0‑150 and 0‑250
PSIG. FOR THE BEST PERFORMANCE, choose the nearest reduced pressure range. The
standard range without a specific order is 0‑150 PSIG.

Maximum pressure 400 psig. Maximum temperature
75°C.

It is Advisable to install an Airchamp Filter before the regulator,AS
NEAR AS POSSIBLE TO THE POINT OF USE. Where lubricator is also used, lubricator
should be put after the regulator.

Before applying air pressure, close the
regulator by turning the adjusting screw anti clockwise. After applying the
inlet pressure turn the adjusting screw clockwise until the desired regulated
pressure is obtained, after that hold the adjusting screw and turn the checkout
clockwise to lock the adjusting screw at the set pressure. It is advisable to
adjust the regulator under typical flow conditions.

While servicing the Regulator, it is ADVISABLE TO CHANGE all the rubber
parts. Inspect each part carefully and clean them with soap water
or kerosene only.

Where the regulator is not pipe mounted and connected with flexible tubes, the
regulator should be mounted on the BRACKET, which is available as spares with
your dealer.
